- Poppy Jasper Amber Ale Named after a precious form of quartz indigenous to only Morgan Hill, California,
this classic dark ale is smooth and refreshing. Its dark color results from the use of caramel, higher kilned dark crystal and chocolate malt. The beer's flavor is malty and fruity with a subtle roastiness. To finish Poppy Jasper is generously hopped with Galena, Cascade and Liberty hops for a perfectly balanced character. $4.50 PINT

- Kolsch Golden in color, clean and refreshing. Brewed in classic Cologne, German style, using an equal amount of 2-Row
Pale and Munich malts, along with Belgian Crystal malt. Hopped with imported German Haullertau & Perle Hops. Original Gravity (OG) 1.040 with a
Final Gravity (FG) 1.007 has an Alcohol By Volume (ABV) of 4.4% $4.50 PINT
- El Toro India Pale Ale Tawny colored, this IPA is true to style. It is very generously hopped with Tomahawk, Centennial,
Cascade, and Amarillo hops for and intensely hoppy aroma, flavor and bitterness with a balanced malty flavor. $6.00 PINT
- El Conejo IPA Newly released is our malty, red IPA with 6.7% a.b.v. showcasing Centennial and Amarillo hops. $6.00 PINT
- Deuce Imperial IPA Over 100 International Bitterness Units and a starting gravity of 1.074. This beer uses over 60 pounds of
hops in a brew size of 400 gallons. 36 pounds alone in the dry hop stage. That's a lot of hops! Hops are: Tomahawk, Centennial, Cascade,
Amarillo and Simcoe. $7 PINT
- El Toro Blackraspberry Ale A darker ale, the more complex and perfumey black raspberry concentrate infused into it. $4.50

- Lambic ET Faro Belgian style, light and slightly tart at 4 % ABV, it is considered a light beer. $4.50 PINT

- El Toro Negro Oatmeal Stout Our classic Oatmeal Stout is rich and warming on a winter day. The Oatmeal Stout has nice balance with chocolate undertones and is mellowed by the oatmeal used. $4.50 PINT
- El Toro Old Nicolas Imperial Stout This style was originally marketed in St. Petersburg. It is strong, dark and roasty. This version of our Imperial Stout is one of our strongest beers on tap at over 8% a.b.v. $8 PINT
A limited few kegs of these Strong ales and Barleywines which have been brewed over the years have been squirreled away and
specially aged for the specific intent of being reintroduce to the public at the Grand Opening of our brewpub! The purpose of which would be to taste
these in small amounts vertically to compare the effects of age over the years on similarly brewed strong beers. Good strong ale matures in a very unique
and complex way over the years similar to aging wines. Tasting these types of beers in this way is a special treat. Hope you appreciate them as much as we do.
- El Toro Yo Winter Brew "Yo" Winter Brew is our Winter warmer. "Yo" is short for the nickname given to the Aztec God
Xipe Totec. His nickname was Yohuallahunatzin relating to his proclivity toward Aztec beer consumption. He was also called Yoalli Tlauana meaning
night drinker. The brewers of "Yo" could easily have this nickname too.
